Thelonious Stokes, also known as Theo, is an entrepreneur and cultural ambassador from Chicago’s South Side. Together with Grammy-winning rapper Chance the Rapper, they recently took a trip to Ghana to explore their African roots and immerse themselves in the local culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
