The South Philadelphia native hopped on his ATV and joined the Phillie Phanatic.
Game 5 of the 2022 World Series was played today (November 3) between the Philadelphia Phillies and the Houston Astros. To raise excitement for the game, the Phillies brought out Meek Mill, a local star. The musician from Philadelphia performed “Dreams and Nightmares” from his 2012 album of the same name. See it happen right here.
The Phillies are coming, are you prepared? Before the “Dreams and Nightmares” rhythm started, Meek Mill urged the audience to “make some noise.” At the song’s conclusion, he joined the Phillie Phanatic, and the two rode off the field in coordinating powder blue jerseys.
Expensive Pain, Meek Mill’s most recent studio album, was released in October 2021. He will organise a performance later this month to mark Dreams and Nightmares’ tenth anniversary. The Philadelphia Eagles adopted the album’s lead single as their Super Bowl LII winning anthem in 2018.

Wait, Hold Up, Meek Mill Can Act?
