One Direction is referred to as Louis Tomlinson’s “brothers”
Louis Tomlinson openly discussed his relationship and support from his One Direction bandmates when promoting his album Faith in the Future: “We are related. Together, we went through so much. Therefore, I believe it’s crucial that we text each other about our music for each other.” The members of 1D have frequently reaffirmed how much they still love the band and even Directioners despite having left them behind. During the release of his album, Louis Tomlinson texts the 1D guys
When asked if his One Direction friends had heard about his new song, Louis Tomlinson said, “Yes, the record is more likely to include it. We would text each other every other week since, as you well know, there are so many different singles out there these days. Around the release of the album is usually when I attempt to text the guys, and I’m sure they’ll do the same. But, yes, now that I think of it, a few guys did text me about the song. Yes, they did. (broad grin)”
We’re happy to hear that One Direction stays in touch.

Curiously, Liam Payne gave a touching message for Indian Directioners who regrettably missed One Direction’s performance in their country last year: “Actually, I’ve always felt bad for Indian Directioners because we were never able to reach you. And as for myself, I would dearly love to do that journey. I’ve always wanted to visit that location. Overall though, I think I just want to say thanks for your encouragement from a distance and that I do intend to see you soon.”
