Megan Fox responded to her detractors on Instagram on Friday by posting a message in the caption of pictures made using artificial intelligence (AI).
The 36-year-old posted many animated images of herself sporting various hairstyles and daring outfits. Fox looked to be nude in several of the animated pictures, and the photos showed her cleavage, leading some critics to claim that she was oversexualizing herself.
Were all of the avatars similarly sexual in nature? Fox reportedly addressed the trolls in her caption. Like, why are the majority of mine nude? She proceeded in a tone that appeared to be scornful.
Fox reportedly took part in the AI-generated art craze that is currently sweeping the internet. With this fashion, animated avatars are produced that resemble heavily Photoshopped, cartoonish pictures of people’s faces. In her Instagram post, Fox appeared to issue a challenge to her followers, asking them to contrast her animated avatars with those of other users to determine whether or not she is actually oversexualizing herself in this particular situation.
Fox has demonstrated that she isn’t afraid to upload images of herself in various states of undress. She has worn some provocative outfits on the red carpet in the past, and she and her fiancé, Machine Gun Kelly, are no strangers to PDA. Fox, however, was willing to correct them on Instagram when several fans complained that the show showed too much, too frequently.
One user wrote, “Sexualizes self all the time literally.” Fox wrote, “Sigh,” in response. I joked sarcastically. How is it that everyone believes I don’t have this kind of self-awareness?
Others were more complimentary of Fox and praised her for being attractive in real life as well as in her avatar.
