Jennifer Gwynne is selling photos of Elon Musk and his college sweetheart that have never been seen before. She is doing this to raise money for her stepson’s college costs. According to rumours, Gwynne dated Elon Musk for a year in 1994 when they were both students at the University of Pennsylvania. Elon Musk also sent Gwynne gifts, like a birthday card with his signature on it and a 14K gold necklace. According to the description of the items being auctioned, Gwynne and Musk started dating in the fall of 1994 or 1995, when they were both working as Resident Advisors (RAs) in the “Spruce Street” section of the University of Pennsylvania’s Quadrangle dorm.
“This picture was taken in my room at Penn’s Quad. Elon was usually pretty calm, but every once in a while he would do something silly and try to get me to laugh with him. So I chose to take a picture of him really smiling, “Gwynne said this in reference to a picture of Musk laughing while lying on the floor with his feet on a table.
Gwynne says that Musk’s mother, Maye Musk, took a picture of Musk and Gwynne together. Elon’s mother, Maye Musk, came to see us in Philadelphia. She took this picture of us while we were sitting on a bench in the Quadrangle, a large freshman dorm at the University of Pennsylvania. Since Maye’s camera had a “old school” orange date stamp in the corner, this print must have come from her. The whole trip was a great gift from Maye, and I remember that the three of us were going to drive to New York City to see a musical “Tommy,” but just as we were getting ready to leave, something broke on Elon’s car,” she wrote.
“In 1994, Elon said that electric cars would be the only ones on the road in the future.
