In a video that he uploaded, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson returned his hometown and made restitution for the candy bars he had stolen as a child.
Famous wrestler and actor Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson stopped at a 7-Eleven in his hometown to pay some old scores. Dwayne Johnson reportedly returned to the Hawaii shop where he used to daily grab a Snickers bar. The actor shocked many people when he revealed on social media that he used to steal shoe bars and that now that he has become successful, he wants to make amends.
Johnson explained in the video that he uploaded that he used to steal king-sized Snickers bars when he was 14 years old since he couldn’t afford to buy one. He went on to say, “I used the Snickers as my morning exercise. Every day, the same employee just averted her head and avoided catching me. I know this one looks VERY SILLY, but every time I drive past a 7-11 when I return to Hawaii from other places, I have to fight a few significant demons that I’ve had to fight over the years (and still have a couple left). I always knew I had to enter and properly wipe up each and every Snickers bar they had.”
